Fluval 405 - what kind of filters for salt

Im going from a nano tank to a 90 Gallon tank since I think im up to the challenge however I dont know what filter media I need in my Fluval 405 I bought used I cleaned the heck outta it with hot water and its in great shape but not sure what to put in it to get started>>??
