FS: Nano Tank Tear Down - Live Sand & Softies

I've decided to tear down my 12 gallon nano tank... I've got a few pounds of live sand, several mushrooms (blue or brown/green), a nice piece of xenia, and a few zoa frags that need to go asap. Open to offers. For anyone who may be interested, hardware will be up for grabs soon.
