Dosing for Prazipro

I have recently noticed worms in my fishes poop so I have dosed one dose with prazipro and I am ready to do a w/c tomorrow as it has been 7 days. My question is do I wait 7 days to dose again or continue dosing by replacing the amount of prazipro I have taken out with the water change. I have read both and wonder who has had success with which one and should I be looking at 3 doses to make sure it is gone. Right now one fish has gotten better and one is still infected.
