another idea to keep the same people from winning all the time is have it so once you win you are ineligible for 12 months.

12 months is a bit much. JMO. Alot can change in a year that's all...

Yep, I think it would be nice to have somthing like this again. 6 months sounds good to me as well.

I like the "featured ______" idea,now I have to go buy a camera and convince my wife that I need a dig camera for the tank
