From reading up on bonding acrylic to pvc, it appears weld on 40 or 42 is the preferred compound, though I don't know if it would be available in Edmonton. I do have a few Avast Marine products and I know in the kits that I got it came with Weld On 16 for bonding the pvc bottoms to the acrylic, and I have had a Kalk reactor running this way for over a year now

i built a frag rack by gluing a sheet of acrylic to 4" ABS pipes.

used Transition glue from rona. worked great

Thanks, I will take two of the Sch. 80 if you don't mind. I don't know when I will be up there. I live way down the South Pole of Edmonton.
