Another type of seaweed to consider is called dulse - it is not roasted so is the best condition to feed to fish. My tangs (and other fish) love it. You can buy it at Saveon Foods and Choices Market. I love it myself...although not all people do!

I get mine from Osaska (glorified T&T) in Park Royal, West Vancouver. I'll look for larger packs when I am there next.
Also interested to try dulse seaweed ...

You should be able to buy Nori/sushi/seaweed at ANY supermarket it is used to make sushi.
