And now with Fusion, I'd say you can do most of what any beginner to average reefer wants to do totally without knowing the coding.

I make good use of my Apex and was not too hard to figure out all the programming and network setup. But I dread having to ever go back and change/redo it. The programming is not exactly self documenting (unless you use the default wizard stuff). And hard to remember everything I was thinking when plugging in all those programming statements and changing the network settings (incl my router).

But it certainly does everything I want, and couldn't run my tanks now without it.
