Default Headaches

While I still haven't decided where to put the tank, it isn't as high on my list at the moment because of some issues with the plumbing in the utility room. Said issues can be seen here

Long story short.
1) plumbing is not copper or pvc but PEX therefore I can't use a clamp
2) plumbing is a mess and needs to be redone
3) RODI is under the bathroom sink, exactly where I did not want it.

Solution - we're hiring a plumber to come in and fix the disaster that is in the utility room, and while he is at it were going to get him to T off for the RODI. Yay more $$ spent.

It's too bad I'm so far away. I happily would have done all that for some donuts and a double double.
