Here's a quick list:

Scullery sink
City water tap and RODI water source
Floor drain
Workspace (countertop)
Shelving & cupboards
Double the plugs you think you need (mixed GFCI (for heaters) & non-GFCI (for main pumps))
Small Fridge and Freezer (fridge could be a small wine bottle chiller *Colby's idea*)
Suspended ceiling or easy way to suspend wires and cables from the roof
Mold & mildew resistant drywall
3/8" or 1/2" painted plywood applied to the walls to fasten stuff to!
Electric raceway to conceal cables
HVAC or a direct vent outside with a humidistat control

I wish I had more plugs in my fishroom and will likely add some more before I finish the backsplash.
