All sps. Both fixtures @ 100% blue & 60% whites ( and violets, green & whatever else). Going to crank up whites another 10% soon

I am running a evergrow 120w led over my 22" deep tank. I run blues at 100% and whites at 50%. I could run whites higher but dont like the colour then.

80% for Hydras and not sure why, other than to justify to myself I'm being easy on the drivers. Never have come across anything from the manufacturer saying not to run at 100%. Not that I could, never considered running my MHs at less than full power.

When I ran LED (6 x AI sol), white were 98%, blues at 100%.

Cool!
I guess my % is on the low side. Once I have my canopy up I'll turn it up a few points. So far I don't see my sps having issues. Although polyp extension is lacking, but that could be other factors ... ., |

Blues @ 65%
whites @ 55-60% green/ red @ 5% Just bought T5s today to supplement, so will probably amp up blues to 70-75 |

I built a custom LED light for my 31gallon and just reduced my Actinics to 40% and my daylight to 18%. I think our hobby has significantly underestimated the power of LEDs.
