Here's the water line and drain in the garage:



and the drain coming out of the garage into the downspout outside, nice and clean :



Once the panel is back up the PVC is barely seen, as you can see there is about 1/4" showing in the downspout, with a bit more wrangling I'm sure I could hide that too.
