Mine is beautiful and about 6 years old
He was purchased at a LFS and returned to the owner 5 years later as a(very) large adult. I saw him and fell in love with "Spartacus" instantly. My favorite fish! ![]()

Since this thread/poll has been resurected I thought I'd post an update. It will be 10 years next month (in Sept) that I have had mine - still fat & healthy.
