DIY Stand

Friend of mine is looking for someone who can build a stand in GVRD. Does anybody know any information? He lives in North Van.

Building is easy part. Before the build make damned sure u have several things planned....sump, electrical, plumbing, front or rear access, some intended engineering for system weight load ( if u r as crappy at math as me u just over-build) finish, and of course enough room to service it all.

I contacted him, but haven't heard anything yet. All I know is he wants 135 gal bow front.
