as much as it sucks to have these keep being delayed there is not much I can do about it if you need something sooner please let me know when I'm happy to refund. as for the emails I reply to anyone that I received as soon as I can. If you have sent them and I did not get them. I apologize but I don't know what to say if I have not received them weather it be a problem in your end or mine.
