I had clear flatworms similar to the first photo a while back in my 9 gallon.
A dose of PraziPro took care of them fast without any visible harm to the corals.

If your tank would sustain a Yellow Coris Wrasse (tankmates? size of tank?) then they are great option for flatworms. They are not aggressive like many other worm-hating Wrasses. Both of my reefs have Yellow Coris Wrasses in them. They are good janitors.
