Do you have good house pressure? (should be around 40psi)
Perhaps the booster pump is kaput. It need about 40psi inlet to boost properly.

What pressure is your running at, do u have a flow restrictor in the waste line ?

But is the flow restrictor in the line did I change the water line when u set it up ?

There should be a flow restrictor in the waste water line the vertex one is a small clear plastic piece that fits inside the 1/4 inch water line and its easily lost.
 With out it you will have tons of flow out the drain line. Only other issue I had was bad to membrane but I issume u changed yours .
