Gee, thanks for the email with the drawings. Not quite what I'm looking for, though. I need two doors on the front of the 48" stand and one door on both the 24" and 36" stands so we can store stuff down there.

Here's a pic from the RC thread that looks similar to the ones I'd like. Don't need the canopy, and sort of don't like that the doors have an extra strip of wood down the centre of them, but this one looks close:



I'd like the oak painted black, but only with a spray painter to get an even furniture-type finish instead of the streaky finish of using brushes...... Unless you're really great at working with brushes

Can you bring all three stands with you when you come to the next meeting, whenever that is, and not damage them during transport?

Gee, now I've got both Jim AND Michael working on this in their heads If both of you have similar stand building abilities, it might make more sense for Jim to make them so shipping won't be a too much of a hassle.
