![]() Thanks Mike. Yes it is only accessible from the front, I really don't mind it at all. To tell you the truth I originally planned on doing a double piano hinge so I could open the top as well but was worried about clearance from the ceiling. All I need to do now is finish the bottom but ill probably wait tell spring/summer as the girlfriend didn't like the smell of stain and urethane in the house lol. What kind of wood you thinking of going with? I used 1/2 inch oak. When and if I ever do it again I would definitely go with 3/4 the half is just a little to flimsy.

![]() Looks awesome Steve. Just one thing you might want to have some air venting in and out of that hood somehow like a fan on the top or something, otherwise it might get a little toasty in there.
