Hope one of 'em's gonna be a FTS
Lots of great new goodies there Mike I don't turn my return off to feed anymore, but during maintenance I use a standby to turn off lots of stuff together Also, I have my ATO plugged into the return outlet so it kills the hi alarm when the pump is off |

I didn't have your patience, just hoping it doesn't bite me in the ass. I would like to thimk that if I had easy access to things that patience wouldn't be such a problem. I really lost it at Frag fest. # boxes of fish and corals, although not all for one tank. But still......

Next order came from Denny, with some assistance from Steve @ RCE.
Denny sent a awesome box full of Zoas and Palys.... Of course the box came about 14 hrs before I was leaving ona week long holiday, and a new tank sitter to top it off. Young lady showed up and started talking tank with me, her uncle is a reefer froma ways back. Stress level dropped way down. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Great selection and everything arrived alive and opened up with in hours... Got home from holiday and besides a small outbreak of algae , both tanks where running great. Just a little glass cleaning and all was great.

Unlike most holiday photos , these have nothing to do with non aquarium activities.
There is a Pet Center in Campbell River that I spend a fair bit of time in . Stopped in during the first couple of days and looked over the fish and corals, made arrangements with Sarah and staff to put a few things away for me. On the last day I showed up with the fish box I brought with me. Well, we filled it in short order..... Some of the larger pieces.... ![]() Chalice is bigger than my hand ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Gramps came out for a visit.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Big thank you to Sarah and Larry and the staff for helping me out. It's nice to talk reef with people in person. Ended up with some large LPS pieces and some softies, A trembley Damsel, Yellow Watchman, Pygmy Angel. Almost left with a nice pair of platinums but the strip on the visa was too warm.
