I don't think there is anything at Home Depot that is reef safe, best to use GE SCS1200

I will actually have to attach some baffles to mode the aquaclear 110. Can I overcome this complexity of choosing the right silicone? Perhaps use some other adhesives? Suggestions?

I built a sump refugium with Silicone I a year ago and although I've seen whole tank builds done with it, it pretty much wiped out all my softies. It definately changed or put something in the water.

Why nOT just buy aquarium safe silicone from the local store, $20 is no big deal when you could potentially lose 100's.
After hearing and seeing the horror stories online, I would not risk it!
