JL gets them for a great price from ORA.
my first was wild caught and cost me 130$ the second was ORA and cost 60$ at JL. They're an awesome community fish. They both get along great with my grammas and blue assessor. |

Aquarium Illusions ordered mine for me from ORA - was about $70. Great fish, but mine prefers to be out and about when the lights are dimmer.

IME - These fish really need a good overhang.
If you aquascape so that the can hover (upside down most of the time) underneath an overhang but in sight, you will see a lot more of these fish. This rings even truer for the blue assessors. |
