I used to help run a site we built that averaged ~1000 hits/day (I was co owner of the business) but have since sold it: www.mamasretreat.com . I contracted others for web design, but was responsible for the regular upkeep such as DNS
 management, social media etc. I'm not sure what you're looking for but I might be able to help on a portion of things.
