You're going with 4x250? I'm not sure you need that much. I'd think 3x250 would be plenty over this size a tank ..

![]() Yeah I'm thinking because it's going to be an SPS dominated tank, and the reflectors are small in comparison to other models (due to space in my canopy) that 4 would be better.
But open to suggestions? I could definitely just use 3. Would 4 be overkill? I could always pop in a 6500 K bulb and put one of them over the mangrove fuge.

![]() I agree. The 2nd variation would make the most sense. Those MH will easily cover the width of the tank. 4 is a little overkill and you could easily get away with 3 x 250 if you wanted. Just thinking of the energy savings in your case. Either way, will work though.
