I noticed Myka suggested the Quiet One 4000; I have one working quite well for me on my 75 gallon. I also seem to recall they do a high head version which might be better at dealing with any back pressure from the 3/4" fitting acting as a nozzle.
Mine, however, is not so quiet... Rob.
