has no topper, hood , lights , or filter (I bought it that way)
my husban ,cut out the part that would hold the filter part, out over a yr ago
did not leak, or has no leaks as far as I know been sitting for a bit since the end of Jan beginning feb ,2012 with no water
I used hang on and external filters
external cansters works best
few scratches , very light
would be good for spare tank
