Sounds good to me. There is some doubt as to the AC being large enough to be effective for growing enough algae to do much good. In addition the Caulerpas may cause more problems that do any good. It might be wiser to spend 20 bucks, and get that small CC skimmer made by Coralife. It fits nicely in an AC 200, so the 500 would be even better.
