![]() You won't be disappointed with a 1262-awesome pump! I was actually going to see if you were interested in buying mine that I'm not currently using but decided to keep it for a backup.

![]() Funny you mention that ...
Had a member on another site offer theirs, then decide to keep it for a spare. Seems no one wants to part with them |

![]() Yup, it's one of 2 I'll be running. One for the DT and the other for the UV, Chiller, Chaeto tank and a pair of reactors for Phosban and GFO.
It was a one time thing that just sort of happened. Out of respect to the seller, I'll keep them private. |

A 1262 Eheim seems like a lot of pump for a 75 gallon return. How many feet of head do you have? |

So to answer your question, I'll have roughly 4 verticle feet, 3 horizontal feet, and a bunch of 90s, unions and a true union ball valve. This gives me somewhere around 5-6 feet of head pressure with this pump. This pump only puts out 450GPH @ 2 meters, so I should be OK. I will be running this circuit with a ball valve to bleed off excess back to the sump, so no worries if it's too much. I can only hope that I get around 6-700GPH when the smoke clears. |
