Possible ich??

I crushed some garlic(stinks like hell)and mixed some frozen blend seafood(been soaking for about 20 min)will feed that tonight,plus i mixed up enough for a couple of days.
A cleaner wrasse or shrimp would last about 2 seconds in that tank with my lion(he just spotted the feeding dish on top of the tank,he doesn't miss a thing when it comes to food )
