Frozen food question

So I left my brine and mysis out on the counter after I fed and they de-frosted. Have they gone bad or can I refreeze them?

how long have they been out, are they still cold and just defrosted, or are they warm and mushy? if still cold, I would throw it back in the freezer, if warm, throw it out

Ya it was overnight and they got warm and mushy. Nuts.
