Found this at Canadian Tire or TSC here in London. 1/4" squares and grey in colour. No problems with blocking of light on this tank, 20 long with 4 T5's on an icecap 660 or on my 120 with 500w of MH.

It's been about 4 years since I bought the mesh and I'm 99% sure it was Canadian Tire in the garden section.

you can also use white wedding vail in those window screens kits also and the white doesn't effect light passing through
