Default What could this critter be?
Ok after turning on my lights quickly early this morning I saw several bristleworms... I guess I will have to do something about them ... not sure what at the moment....

In anycase while I was inspecting or looking at these critters I noticed a spider looking critter in a crevice in the rock ... very small body with long tentaicales like a octopus.... dark grey to black in color.... spider looking only flat...


any ideas on what it could be?

Could be a little brittle star.

The LR I sold you had lots of little brittle stars as well as bristle worms (good guys IMHO) some mussels and pods living in it...

Was wondering about the bristle worms.... I will leave them alone and let them do their job / same with the brittle stars ...
