We hear a few people leary of flake, so this is what I advise

First try it!

Take one flake of marine flake and one of herbivore
Crunch up together on a dish
Turn off power heads
Take pinch and place finger under water surface

Lets hope you dont have any sharks in there! My fish rip at my fingers trying to get at it.

Flake offers a more natural feeding regime as it floats about under water like live food, encouraging fish to chase after it, pellet is a more lazy mans food in my oppinion
