I was hoping to get the larger container since I will need seven of the small jars for my tank. Can you get the large container?

Does anyone find a yellow film on top of the water in a few first weeks of starting with a new bag?

Did you give it a light rinse?

I always rinse it very well. I use it in a canister filter, I do like the results of it. Like I had mentioned before everything growing extremely well with it and I like the fact not touching it for 6 months. But every time I will get the film on top of the water.

I had that happen a couple times in my biocube though I have never been able to pinpoint the cause. I don't think that the chemipure is the cause though.

I still use it. Right now I use it in bags in the sump section of my biocube and in a bag in the HOB filter of my main tank. In about a month or so when I get my sump ip and running I'll switch the bag for a reactor.

Yes, we can get them. The 46 oz. containers of Chemi-Pure Elite are $45.
