room or no room I would grab it if I were closer as you can always store the tank out side till someone wanted it keep it posted on the local boards and sell it for what you pay for it help out some newbie that are always cumming on here wanting to get into the hobby at a reasonable price that is what I do and I have helped 7 newbies in the past 12 months. My wife even finds deals for m to look at. I just pick up some more LR so I have abou100 pound ready to go for between 5-6/pound instead of 12-14/pound. HO ya no HST on this stuff.... no pests and there are pods and brainstorms and mini-star's in the rock tank. Rock tank is under a light and has heat circulation and skimmer in there, as stated in other posts a sea clone is good for skimming Live rock all you do is put it right in the tank. works pretty good this way get some darker stuff out of the water. I would not say black but it's darker than tea. The price of the LR comes down with how much you but. you could get it for 4/pound but no lover as I have to drive to get this rock and some times it's quite a drive. I pay for my gas and the LR an that is about it..
