I think Mitch is correct here. All we( who are only a small part of the Calgary LFS trade( (especially the combination stores)), can do is tell the retailers that there is competition for them by way of the mail order retailers. If they value our business they will make changes. If they don't care, they will go their merry way doing business the way they have always done.
