Question re Vortech reliability

I have 2. 1 for 8 months and the other for 2 months. Had problems with my older one twice bit the ecotech customer support was out of the world! had my new part within days. Other than that the pumps are great and I am very happy with and wont run anything else

have 2 MP40s the older one was still under warranty and was making lots of noise I emailed the rep and he set up a new wet side for me no questions no charge now its working great - the other MP40 a new version had no problems from the start -I was told some of the older MP40s had a bearing problem on the wet side and thats what they felt was the issue with mine. Love em great flow. $1000 worth of power heads I expect nothing less

i have 2 mp 10s. they are less than 1 yr old and they are so noisy that i have to return both for service. hmmm. dont think i will purchase any more
