Looks like aptasia to me. If they are contained on the one rock remove the rock and chip away at the stone where they are. It is best to catch them before they spread. Other methods include products like Joe's Juice (I laugh when I say that), AptasiaX, Lemon Juice, Kalk paste etc.... Peppermint shrimp are also known to eat aptasia as do Coral Banded Butterflies.

I believe that if you have caught it soon enough the only reasonable method is physical removal of the rock they are on. Other methods are an ongoing battle.
