I'd probably go with digitata first, as it's not too pricey and easy to keep. I'm sure someone in town will sell you a frag for cheap. I would use a 2 part epoxy that you can get at your LFS. HD sels some too, but I'm not sure of the brand.
If the digitata does well, move into some cap. What type of lights do you have again?
