That's a quote from a song that I thought seemed fitting. Heard too many stories like that (so at least you're not alone) and Myka wonders why I don't want to take my sand bed out.
Heh,heh. I wonder why after all these years I put the sand in.

I know why, you get to thinking how natural and nice it would be for your little fishes to have a nice sand bed. Then the next thing you know it's causing all sorts of problems and becomes a big PITA

Take it as a sign your luck will turn.
Go buy that lottery ticket you easterners have for 70 million.

You got it. Perhaps it was from watching my Rainford sift detritus as he had no sand. But then he has had none for the last 3 yrs. almost. Perhaps it was looking at my two large brains corals sitting on the bare bottom, thinking , "they should be in a sand bed"

Whatever I run, it will be BARE and only contain acro,s besides the 2 chalice I have and the nice lobo Mike gave me.

Holy Crap Doug! That was certainly one screwed-up day. Enjoy today because it can only be a whole lot better.

That story sounded so ridiculous I thought you were telling a joke. Now I'm just confused.

No joke. Just me. Guess thats why I had dedicated fish rooms with my larger tanks in whatever house I owned at the time. Just does not work the same in a tiny office room. Esp. when ones a klutz.
