Why not use an automatic dry food feeder? Dont all of your fish accept pellet food as well? I've beed using this unit for nearly two years and its fantastic http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s...ct_ID=em-zfeed

Here is a little trick for anyone that has someone looking after their tank while away.

I just went out an purchased a simple daily labeled pill box and filled each compartment with the right amount and types of food for each day. I added the frozen, dry flake, garlic, and vitamins and then simply placed the pill containers in my freezer. When my tank sitter arrived he simply opened up the corresponding day on the container and scraped the food into my tank....Done!

No chance of overfeeding, fish and tank stay happy.

Ian
