![]() Unless your desperate try and buy from other reefers, you will get better rock at better prices. I always see LR in the classifieds here on Canreef.

![]() I bought 2 pieces out of their displays because I loved them so much. I literally boiled both. I can 100% garantee my rock is pest free =)

![]() I will never buy anything from them after seeing they had 2 octopus's and 1 big and 2 med eel's in hamster balls. The eel and the one large octopus were so confined they couldn't even move. I sure some other people seen that in burn.

OP yeah I agree with those that boil their LR from big al's. I bought two small pieces and left them on the deck to die for a week. If possible though, check with other reefers for usually better rock at usually better prices. |

![]() If I understand it correctly my boiled in water rock is going to be even worse than dry rock as far as nutrients go right? That's ok as I had to hand pick some particular rocks for an end of my tank that will basically be entirely open...

![]() Thanks for all the replies. I've been watching the buy/sell/trade threads for LR that I can add directly to my tank. Trying to find some with no aiptasia.

![]() Yeah which means it wasn't cheap. Both rocks were like $150. But they get somebeautiful rock there and the employees like to put thenicest ones in displays. Wish they had dry rock. Wish anyone local did.
