J&L can get you that stuff you are looking for. Someone else refered it to me cause I was looking for base rock too. I didn't end up getting some, so phone J&L

Eli

HOw much do you want for agrocrete? Is it fully cured?
What I am looking for is actual araganite rock. The stuff araganite sand is made from before it is crushed up.

Simon, the stuff from J&L is aragonite that isnt ground up into sand yet. It's made by caribsea. Just phone J&L and check into it, it's toll free. Like I said, I can't remember what it's exactly called but explain it and they will know what you are getting to, they are smart. I think its pretty cheap also.

Hi,

They are called Caribsea Reef Rocks - 50lb for $80 CAD. Ask for Allen @ J&L - I ordered some a while back.

- Victor.

Anybody in western Canada know where I can get dry araganite rocks. I heard they make a good foundation for reef structures (For those of us who can't afford pure LR reef structures)

Try a search for TUFA rock. It may help you. It is a land based rock, calcium based. I think lime-stone. Some garden stores carry it. $.20 or $.30 a pound.
Hope that helps
