i would go with 2 x 1.5 " holes to run 1" bulk heads of 2" holes with 1.5 " bulk heads
in my old 120 i had 1.5 " holes with 1" bulks in them
now i have 280 with 1" bulks, i wish i could have had 1.5 " bulks in there oh well

you could go with 2 overflows in one corner or one in each side or put in the middle
its up to you on where to put them personnel thought.
