Not that kind of flow. Maybe if you had 1500x turnover and your fish were all nano-sized.
 Having said that, I've seen tanks over 1500x turnover and the fish didn't suffer. If the fish want out of the flow, they can always find a more peaceful corner, but generally they prefer the higher flow.
