we have download speed of 7 Mbps and upload speed of 820 Kbps and most of the pages I visit load instantly, I have ZERO patience when it comes to pages loading!

I tried bell once because they insisted they were fast and 2 weeks later I was back with videotron... Like I said, I have no patience!

I did a speed test and I'm getting 1.6mbps. SUCKY.

Wow. Just tested again (the last test was about 4 hours ago) and tested at 0.49mbps.

I had a problem with my Telus speed too a while back, so I phoned and complained. They walked me through a speed test and it came back LOW, so he pushed a few buttons on his computer at his end and whala.....WAY faster for me after that.
Phone and complain!!!!
