Emily I was thinking more along the lines of the newbies, anyone who has dealt with them before knows what they are like....

Strange how this situation arose (and probably many others). After talking to John today, something that was said was not fully understood or taken the wrong way. A little misinformation goes a long way.

With a MAC update...J&L is fully aware that they cannot sell product as MAC certified even though it comes from a MAC certified facility. They indicated to me that they are interested in becoming certified so this won't be an issue in the future.

Alan was on the Phone when I got there the other day trying to arrange it.

Oddly enough, there isn't a Mac certified store in BC... yet
