Teevee, I think your right. If it's ok on the sixth floor it'll be fine on a second floor.
OK, now that we've (I've) begun the process of increasing Bob's blood pressure...I ponder a thought, would the tank not be safer on a higher floor as atmospheric pressure, 14.7psi?, is decreased as we approach the stratosphere. Thats a half-baked thought somewhere between physics and one of those "hippie-type"
