mag pump not working

i thought so too, wierd though the impeller is spinning very fast yet pushing no water out of the output, i'll give em a call, thanks again

well i called and he said too hold the magnet and if you can turn the impeller 360 degrees it needs to be replaced and mine did make a full turn, so thanks chris-
