Mine decided to go visiting the tank until he found the Tunze 6060, I wasn't home, it died, killed everything in the tank except the clowns and my lawnmower blenny The clean-up was hell, there were bits of him everywhere! I had 75 gallons of murky grossness and the closer I got to the bottom, the more poor fish I found dead, on the casualty list were:

1 yellow tang, Sunny
1 Foxface, Foxy
1 fire goby, Alfalfa
2 Blue devil Damsels, Jack & Jill
1 coral Beauty angel, Coral

My 2 clowns were in the top corner of the tank and gasping for air so I hurried up and scooped them out and popped them in a QT that was luckily set up.
I found Mr. Chu the lawnmower blenny only when I moved a rock when the tank was almost empty. I had no idea I still had a live fish at that point cuz I had already taken out all my dead fish. He went in with the clowns for a few weeks while I re-set-up the tank.....
Bla Bla Bla, my point is, keep a close eye on him

I vowed never to have an anemone again. That was almost 2 years ago.
It's weird, I always hear about stories similar to mine but the nem always survives and nothing in the tank dies!?!? Is what happened to me a common occurence or was I just really unlucky?
