Yeah, I had to use my US post office box in Blaine. I had to fudge the bill to address since they don't have BC or Canada as options in their drop down menu’s, but it took the address and allowed the order to go through.

You can lso use Point to point in Point Roberts. they do pick up and they charge so little I can't understand how they do it.
